Start with diagnosis, not assumptions
Before any design work begins, I get deep on your product, your users, and your goals. I review what exists, ask hard questions, and map where the biggest design opportunities are. The goal is to understand what your product needs structurally, not just what looks unfinished on the surface.
Design and ship, together
You get a clear direction, and then we execute it. I design solutions, work directly with your engineers, and make sure changes actually ship. This is not consulting, where you get a deck and figure it out yourself. I stay in it until it is done.
Embedded with your team
I work inside your existing tools: Slack, Figma, and your PM workflow. You are not managing a vendor. You are working with a designer who is genuinely on your team, without being a full-time hire.
One problem at a time, moving fast
I focus on your highest-impact design problem first and move sequentially. Typical turnaround is 48 to 72 hours, depending on complexity. As we solve one thing, we move to the next.
