I am a four-time founding designer with experience across B2B SaaS startups and larger companies, including Microsoft, Yahoo, and Autodesk. Over 15+ years, I have worked on products that reached real users, real revenue, and four successful exits.

Most products do not fail because of technology. They fail because complexity builds faster than clarity.
Onboarding gets heavier. Core workflows grow inconsistent. Adoption slows, even though the product itself is powerful. The cost shows up quietly in retention, expansion, and revenue.
